Are your eyes "watering" from work?

Are your eyes "watering" from work?

The feeling is familiar, something many people struggle with these days.

The feeling is familiar: you arrive at your workplace in the morning, turn on the computer, and start working. Not even halfway through your workday, you start rubbing your eyes because they burn or tear up, and even the letters on the screen start to blur. After this, concentrating becomes much harder, you have to take breaks constantly, then your head starts to ache, and eventually your whole day is ruined because you couldn't progress with work as you wanted, plus your overall well-being feels lousy.

These are indeed the symptoms of CVS, or Computer Vision Syndrome, which many struggle with, and most don't even realize what causes these unpleasant phenomena. The harmful blue light emitted from electronic device screens has a very negative effect on the eyes because the retina can filter it only to a very small extent. Just imagine staring at the sun for hours without sunglasses!

Computers, laptops, TVs, and even smartphones harbor dangers: if you look at them for too long, your eyes get tired, then your vision can deteriorate, and in more drastic cases, you can even lose it.

There's a solution to the problem!

You don't have to resign yourself to this or change jobs because of these complaints. Wear blue light filtering computer glasses, which do the work instead of your retina: they prevent harmful blue rays from entering your eyes. With their use, your eyes will tire much less, they won't burn, sting, or tear up. You can avoid blurry vision, headaches, and be much more efficient at work!

You can wear computer glasses even if you don't have vision problems: just ask for the filter glasses without diopters. And once you have them, wear them as often as possible, not just for work! Feel free to wear them for watching movies, series, even if you're playing video games, or scrolling through social media on your phone!
